Optical Illusion hands
Making your own optical illusion can be quite difficult.
This one is actually very simple to reproduce. It's inspired on the artist Bridget Riley whose an artist belonging to the Op-Art.
I borrowed this lesson from 'Bluffton Elementary' of the teacher Karen Beltz from Artsonia. (And pinned on Pinterest)
I did make some changes. The kids had to work in cool or warm markers.
Using a ruler they drew straight lines aside the hand. When the line touched the hand somewhere they had to make the lines curved.
The more lines, the better the optical illusion.
Some kids used hand in shapes like the thumbs up or the peace sign ... that was cool too!
